Trip to Brisbane - BKK Airport
It has been ages that I have not update my blog. Of course, the common reason is that "I have been busy with work". I normally will wait until I have a good story for my blog and then I will post it. It is really taking sometime to write up and arrange what to come first and last. I am trying to be a bit organized - "trying to be".
Today, I have a good story so that's why I spent my quality time to update my blog.
I had an opportunity to fly to Brisbane, Australia for a company's meeting on "Plant Control System (PCS) for finding current issues and upgrade for Copper Plant Expansion.
My boss and I took a morning flight from Vientiane on Wednesday 12th September 2007.
We had few hour transit in Bangkok's new airport - Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Suvarnabhumi Airport is a newest international airport in the world - I could say so. The architecture of the Airport structure and interior Design gives the feeling of modernization and SILVERISHNESS. Obviously, the building is mainly made of glass, metals, and fabric for the covering.
There are many pro's and con's about the airport. I won't mention all of them because this blog is not about criticism. One I can say is "this airport walkway is very long".
There are so many people using the airport. What I can say is the aviation industry is gradually expanding. One example in this region is that Vietnam is also spending US$8 Billion on building new International airport.
I am lucky enough to have a chance flying on Business Class. Thai Airways (THAI)'s Business Class Lounge is quite good. Apart from comfortable chairs and couch, free food and beverage, internet, and so on, THAI also offers SPA and FITNESS. But, I did too much walking so I could not be bothered.
