Brisbane - Day 1

Finally, we arrived at Bisbane Airport at around 6.30 am (Brisbane Time) on 13/09/2007. After about 8 hr flight,
I felt so tired and excited to be able to see Australia again. I really could not sleep on a flight but I could
manage to sleep for few hours.

At Immigration check-point, I was asked to show my luggage because I ticked "Declare" on the arrival sheet. Well,
I brought coffee to Australia. An immigration officer checked through every piece in my luggage. It would not take
long but re-packing my luggage took sometime.

The weather that day was very good. It was not cold and it was sunshine. Around 8 am, my boss and I arrived at The
CEBELL Hotel, near City Hall and King George Square. I should take few hour sleep but I was too excited to walk and
see the Brisbane city.

This is my 3rd time in my life to visit Brisbane.

There are so many contruction projects going on in Brisbane city. Brisbane city is considered as the most growing
city in Australia because so many people from other states moving to Brisbane.

There are more high-rise buildings than my last visit about 2.5 years ago. Local govenment allows Art Work to be
displayed around town.

However, we still can see some old architecture buildings around.

I still think that if Queenland Government is not planning well on Urban Planning, Brisbane (capital city of Queenlsand)
will become like Sydney. It's too many buildings, complicating, congestion, and so on.
